“Prior to becoming an attorney, I had a decade-long career in the energy industry, where my focus was primarily on marketing, communications, and public relations. As a result, I’ve gained extensive experience in matters such as contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, trademarks and branding, corporate governance, and commodities markets. Today, I leverage my diverse background to benefit clients in commercial and energy litigation.”
