We have vast experience handling marine, offshore, and onshore personal injury and wrongful death claims – including Jones Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (“OCSLA”), Longshore & Harbor Workers Compensation Act (“LHWCA”), Death on the high Seas Act (“DOHSA”), and state law claims – throughout Louisiana, Texas, and the Gulf Coast.
