We dig in to help our clients fix the capital structure and the operational issues that may drive a business to bankruptcy. We have deep experience on both the debtor and creditor side of the case. And while we strive to reach a practical result, we are prepared to litigate the case if that is the best way to achieve the client’s goals. In other words, we come ready for a fight, knowing where and when to press hard, but we are also ready to shift strategy when necessary.

  • In re PostRock Energy Corporation (Bankr. D. Okla.) – Lead counsel for national bank holding the single largest portion of secured debt.
  • In re Greenfield Energy Services, Inc. (Bankr. D. Del.) – Lead counsel for SWEPI L.P., obtaining a complete release for a senior secured creditor involving a hydraulic fracturing operation.
