Liskow Representing State of Maryland in Major Maritime Case Involving Francis Scott Key Bridge

On September 24, 2024, Liskow filed a lawsuit on behalf of the State of Maryland, the Maryland Attorney General, and all State agencies in matters related to the DALI’s allision with the Francis Scott Key Bridge. With one of the largest maritime practice groups in the country, Liskow has played a lead role in many of the largest maritime incidents in the world.
